It's great (amazing!) for days at home when you need to get a lot done and feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start. The product gives you a calm energy and helps you focus and not get distracted. However, at work it becomes really frustrating when you don't have control over your time and the long interruptions keep you from accomplishing what you intend to do that day. I take just one capsule in the morning when I have a lot to do at home.
